Happy St. Hubert's Day!
Today marks the feast of St. Hubert! It is the perfect day to celebrate with some game. Here is a nice recipe, and see also my recipe for Venison Meatballs! (I will post more recipes soon)
Today is the traditional beginning of hunting season in many countries in Europe, and we can see how even the hunt revolved around the liturgical calendar during an age of greater faith.
